When asked, what is the best thing about having a Kinship friend, one of LAMP's youth stated "I learned a lot more about being patient, animal care, and how to express myself more - and made new friends!" One of LAMP's mentors noted that the child she mentors "smiles more" and "The girls are having fun. I'm having fun too!!"
